Pimpleshwar Mahadev is a historic Hindu mandir of Lord Shiva situated within the village of Saldi (District of Mehsana), Gujarat, India. In Hinduism, Lord Shiva can also be referred to as "Mahadev" - The Bhagawan of all Gods. Pimpleshwar Mahadev is known for its annual conventional festival "Saladi no Melo" (Enjoyable Fare) on the final Monday of the holy month of Shraavan (August) within the Hindu calendar. Most temples (mandir) of lord Shiva have a novel construction known as the Shiv Linga which is taken into account to be a sacred image of Lord Shiva. The Pimpleshwar Mahadev in Saldi doesn't have the same old Shiv linga. As a substitute it has a Jaladhari - a steady stream of water from an aquifer beneath the ground.
