Laxmi Paduka
It is said that lord narayana suggested devas and asuras to perform samudra manthan (churning of ocean) with the help of a mountain in order to extract uncommon gifts (ratnas). Goddess (devi) laxmi emerged as fifteenth ratna in the bridal attire with lotus mala in her hand for lord Vishnu or narayana. Everyone hailed lord narayana and goddess (devi) laxmi as they set their foot on haven. Her feet had in all fifteen symbols, which brought opulence to everyone.
all gods took impressions of laxmi's toes referred to as laxmi paduka and preserve at their locations, celebrating by lighting lamps. The symbols and the significance of each one among them is given beneath:
Foot symbol
Trishul - symbolises Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesh. It provides you power and religious purity.
