Chhaya Purush Sadhana
Chhaya Purush Sadhana involves invoking and communicating with one's shadow being, believed to be a reflection of one's own self or consciousness. The term "Chhaya" means shadow, and "Purush" refers to a being or entity, typically a male figure.
Benefits:-

3. Invocation: - Chant specific mantras dedicated to Chhaya Purush, like "Om Chhaya Purushaya Namaha". - Visualize your shadow gradually transforming into a luminous being.
4. Communication: - Mentally communicate with the Chhaya Purush, expressing your intentions and seeking guidance. - Be patient and open to receiving messages or perception.
5. Closure: - Thank the Chhaya Purush for their presence and guidance. - Gradually bring your awareness back to the present.
Auspicious Time:-
New Moon (Amavasya) is Considered highly auspicious for shadow work and sadhanas involving the subconscious mind.
Midnight: The quiet and stillness of midnight enhances the connection with the shadow being.
Precautions:-
1. Mental Preparedness: Ensure you are mentally and emotionally stable before undertaking this sadhana.
2. Environment: Perform the sadhana in a safe and secure environment to avoid any disturbances.
Post completion of Chhaya Purush Sadhana
Offerings: If you made any offerings (such as flowers, incense, or food) during the sadhana, ensure that you properly dispose of them in a respectful manner, such as placing flowers in a flowing river or under a tree.
