About Eka Veerika Devi.

Devi Eka Veerika is carried on proper subsequent to the caves, as soon as a middle of Buddhism. The temple (mandir) is a first-rate spot of pooja for the Koli People. However together with the Koli (fisherman) people, Ekvira is worshiped by many individuals particularly these belonging to the CKP caste as their presiding household deity, Kula Devta. This temple (mandir)-advanced initially consisted of three alike shrines in-built a row all going through west. Of those, the central and the southern shrines are preserved in full and remainder of the constructions are preserved solely on plan and that too dropped at light within the clearance work. Maha-mandapa, varsha-mandapa and gopura are located in front of those three shrines and these three shrines are surrounded by sixteen shrines of extra parivara devatas. The devotees throng the temple (mandir) on all events of Navaratra and Chaitri Navratra to pooja and celebrate. Animal sacrifices are additionally provided on this temple (mandir), together with the sacrifice of goat or chickens. It's believed that the Mata has majestic powers.
