Narak Chaturdasi-Yam pooja samagri

Krishna Paksha Chaturdashi of the month of Kartik is named Narak Chaturdashi. Narak Chaturdashi is often known as Narak Chaudas, Roop Chaudas, Roop Chaturdashi, Narak Chaturdashi or Naraka Puja. It's believed that the bhagawan of demise, Yamraj is worshiped on this day. Narak Chaturdashi is also referred to as Chotti Deepawali. It's celebrated a day earlier than Deepawali by lightning a candle within the evening. Lord (bhagawan) Yamraj is worshiped on this present day to get liberty from demise and attain good health. There are lots of mythological tales and scriptures (shastra) explaining the significance of lightning the candle and worshipping Lord (bhagawan) Yamraj on this day.
