This Cow Dung is charged by Ganesha mantra. One of many few nectars of this earth is water, one other is milk and the third one is cow dung. It is stated that in Hindu tradition, there are sixteen religious "Sanskar" (rituals) starting from birth to dying and not a single of those rituals may be performed with out cow dung. Cow dung is crucial to realize or provide purity to the mind, to the surroundings or surroundings, to the mental status and to the components that are utilized at the time of performing any religious ritual. The place where the spiritual ritual is performed is at all times cleaned and made pure by coating it with a layer of cow dung. The fire for Havan is lit with cow dung cakes, sandalwood, gugal, etc to provide fragrance and cleanse the encircling environment and this isn't doable to do that on fire lit with kerosene or fuel or electrical stove. Again whereas performing any religious ritual, for purification of mind and heart, one has to devour what is called "Pancha Gavya" (a combination of cow milk, curd, ghee, dung and urine in defined ratios). This combination is believed to keep thoughts and heart pure and peaceful.
